Buddy the Elf

This was our 1st year having an elf around the house watching over the children.  The 1st couple days my kids were on their very best behavior but after a week they got used to the fact that Buddy the Elf was always on the watch and they started acting more themselves. Every night Buddy would disappear from our house and travel back to the north pole so he could report to Santa if the kids had been naughty or nice that day.  I managed to remember to get some pics of some of the places that he liked to hang out!

When the boys woke up on Christmas morning they found a letter on the tree that was from Buddy!
and it read....

The boys really enjoyed having Buddy around and every morning one of the 1st things they would do was look around and find his landing spot, i think the boys were kinda sad that morning when they couldn't find him but i reassured them he will be back for Christmas 2012!!!
