So this year I completely forgot about the fact that Ethan would be doing a Valentine exchange at school, my girlfriend reminded me on Friday night....yikes, Valentines Day is on monday!!! Saturday we went out trying to find something for Ethan to bring, we were in Kelowna and the stores were sold out of the boxed Valentines, you know the typical ones with characters on them. Ethan was feeling that he may be a little old for those now, he's so funny! So we found some little bags that were 50% off, 25 in a pack for $1.49!!! Perfect, he needed 23 for his classmates and 1 for his teacher. He didn't want smarties he wanted to give them Hershey kisses, so we went to Superstore and bought 50 hershey kisses out of the bulk bins. Its way cheaper to do it this way, its amazing how much you pay for the packaging when you buy them in a bag, plus this way you get exactly the right amount that you need! I think it was $4 for the bag of bulk kisses, so in total we spent $5.50 for our Valentines!!!!
